For years, I too had my own struggles - crippling social anxiety, addiction, depression and PTSD so I knows what it feels like to be at rock bottom and be white-knuckling it thought life.

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy guides you into a natural state of focused awareness where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to beneficial suggestions. In this state, deep change can occur safely and effectively. You remain fully present and in control throughout

What does hypnosis feel like?

Most people describe it as a state of deep relaxation or daydreaming. You’re awake and aware the whole time, simply more focused and open to positive suggestions.

What issues can hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can support a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, phobias, unwanted habits, confidence, sleep difficulties, trauma release, and weight management. If you’re unsure, we can discuss your specific goals in a free consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals. Many clients notice changes within 1–4 sessions, while some choose longer support around 6 -8 sessions for deeper trauma work or ongoing issues. Book a call and we can discuss what would be best for you.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I work with many clients from around the globe online via Zoom (or similar) as it is just as effective as in-person sessions and gives you the extra comfort of working from home.

What happens in the first session?

We’ll start with a relaxed conversation about your goals, answer any questions, and explain the process. Then we’ll begin with gentle psychotheraputic and hypnotic techniques tailored to your goals. You’ll leave feeling calm and clear about the journey ahead.

What are your rates and payment options?

Hypnotherapy programs start from just £497. Flexible payment options are available, and we accept a range of methods to make getting started simple and stress-free.


What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations incur the full session fee. Please contact us directly if you need to change your appointment.  We do not offer refunds or allow switching from a package to pay as you go format.  (See Terms for more details below.)
