I am not someone who would normally seek help from anyone really but I was desperate. I have a medical issue with my oesophagus and can’t eat food. I am on a dietary meal suppliment drink which is disgusting. All I could think about was food every second of the day. Since my first session with Doug I have no longer craved food and can actually watch other people eat and have no feeling about it at all. I can now drink my meal replacement with no real issue. I am genuinely amazed at how well it has worked, he’s been brilliant. It has potentially worked so well that if I can start to eat food again I will need to see him to reverse my uninterest in food!

WONDERFUL safe space. Very relaxing voice and gentle demeanour. Just what is needed if in an anxious or negative state of mind. Of all the hypnotherapists I contacted, Doug's approach to reaching out to me was very personal and genuine: not just a pre -fabricated, robotic email with details on price and insistence on booking as a first. I’ve spent over 20 years deep-diving into inner healing and personal growth, racking up over 200 million views online talking about trauma, anxiety, and narcissistic abuse. Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, we offer both in-person and online sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. We find that both give the same high level of results. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations incur the full session fee. Please contact us directly if you need to change your appointment. (This is due to the prep work that we put into each session and the fact that we aren't able to open that spot up to another client at such short notice.)

What are your rates and payment options?

Session rates vary depending on the type of therapy and length of the sessions.  We offer discounts for block bookings as well as payment plans and some sponsorships for those struggling financially. We accept various payment methods.


What should I prepare before my first session?

Before your first session, it’s helpful to think about the specific issues you’d like to address. You may also want to write down any questions or concerns you have about the process.

Do you offer a GUARANTEE?

Yes we offer a zero risk guarantee, "If you don't feel different after your first session, you can request a full refund." Simply email us at doug@dougwomack.com within 24 hours of your first session if your not happy to recieve a full refund. Meaning that you either get results or you get a free session and your money back!
